Laser Custom Designs is operated by Marchant’s School Sport Ltd. These terms apply to orders placed through our website and directly with our team.
Free local shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more before tax to eligible postal-code areas in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton.
For other destinations and orders that do not qualify, shipping charges are shown at checkout or provided with your quote.
Orders, quotes and production
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Your checkout or written quote sets out the products, personalization, applicable taxes and other charges for your order. Submitting a quote request is not an order confirmation.
Please review product selections, quantities and engraving details before ordering. Where we provide a proof, check names, spelling, dates and layout carefully before approving it. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; available options depend on whether production or dispatch has begun.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Timing depends on product availability, personalization and any required approvals. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include production. For an event or other deadline, contact us before ordering to discuss timing.
Shipping and delivery
Orders normally ship from our Toronto warehouse. Rates depend on destination, size and weight. Large or heavy shipments may require a freight quote. We select the carrier; contact us before dispatch with specific-carrier requests.
We will obtain your agreement before adding a revised freight charge. Orders covered by our local free-shipping offer retain free standard shipping.
Customer-caused address corrections, refused deliveries, uncollected parcels and reshipments may incur original, return and redelivery freight charges.
These charges do not apply where we caused the problem or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Pickup and delivery instructions
Where pickup is offered at checkout or arranged with our team, we will provide the collection location and instructions with your ready-for-pickup notification.
Wait for that notification before visiting. Collect within 60 days or contact us to arrange an alternative.
For orders over $150, request delivery without a signature by email before dispatch. Carrier restrictions may apply.
Returns and exchanges
Non-personalized stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition, complete with packaging and accessories. Obtain a return authorization first. Eligible stock returns have no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping is non-refundable and you pay return freight.
Engraved and custom-made products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
This restriction does not remove your rights where goods are defective, incorrect or do not match the agreed order.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Report shortages or delivery damage within 72 hours.
Email sales@lasercustomdesigns.ca with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Contact us promptly about incorrect items or personalization that does not match your order so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
The reporting request does not limit statutory rights, including rights concerning defects discovered later.
Orders outside Canada
Contact us before ordering outside Canada. Product and destination restrictions apply. Recipients may have to pay import duties, taxes and brokerage.
Installation
Installation is not included unless expressly stated.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including those relating to defective, incorrect or undelivered orders.
